Crispy Kale Chips

Ingredients:

 
Kale

Spices of your choice

Salt and pepper

Oil

 

 

 

One big bunch of curly kale, remove center stem and tear into bite size pieces

2 tbsp. olive oil or oil of your choice

*maybe less oil depending on how much kale is in your bunch

Any spices you are craving: cayenne, paprika, garlic powder, nutritional yeast….

Pinch of salt and pepper

In a big bowl combine the ingredients and massage the kale with your hands until incorporated

Spread out evenly on a parchment lined tray

Bake 350 degrees for about 15 minutes or until kale is crispy

Green Protein Smoothie

This protein packed smoothie will have you jumping for joy. It’s incredibly filling and will give you nutrients you need to sustain you throughout the day. Not to mention it is delish!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 ripe bananas frozen
  • 2 tbsp. hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp. green protein powder
  • 2 cups of water
  • big handful of spinach
  • thumb of ginger
  • about 2 cups of water

Blend all the ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth and creamy.

  • Untoasted nori
  • Grated pickled ginger
  • Sesame seeds
  • Cucumber
  • Mango
  • Carrot
  • Avocado
  • Spinach
  • Cilantro
  • Wasabi powder

Combine all the ingredients onto your sheet of nori and roll

Prepare the wasabi powder

Plate it up!
