Crispy Kale Chips

Ingredients:

 
Kale

Spices of your choice

Salt and pepper

Oil

 

 

 

One big bunch of curly kale, remove center stem and tear into bite size pieces

2 tbsp. olive oil or oil of your choice

*maybe less oil depending on how much kale is in your bunch

Any spices you are craving: cayenne, paprika, garlic powder, nutritional yeast….

Pinch of salt and pepper

In a big bowl combine the ingredients and massage the kale with your hands until incorporated

Spread out evenly on a parchment lined tray

Bake 350 degrees for about 15 minutes or until kale is crispy
